Promise Pathways is a North Carolina-based residential care organization dedicated to serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in safe, loving, home-like environments.
We were founded on the belief that individuals with disabilities deserve more than placement — they deserve a true home, excellent care, and a life filled with dignity and purpose.

To provide safe housing, compassionate care, structured daily support, and empowerment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities — guided by faith, excellence, and deep respect for human dignity.
